Therapeutic Mentoring & Psychosocial Support Services

Support Collaboration Self-empowerment Services

Vanessa Leigh Therapy works within a trauma-informed, person-centred, and psychosocial support framework. Collaboration with GPs, allied health professionals, support coordinators, and community services is welcomed with client consent.

Support focuses on reframing trauma, self empowerment, emotional regulation, psychosocial wellbeing, nervous system stabilisation, and functional capacity-building within a holistic therapeutic model.

Professional Support Collaboration & Referrals

Vanessa Leigh Therapy welcomes collaborative engagement with GPs, allied health professionals, support coordinators, community services, family violence services, and psychosocial support providers where appropriate and with client consent.

Support is approached through a trauma-informed, person-centred, neurodivergent-affirming, and holistic framework focused on emotional safety, nervous system regulation, autonomy, and functional wellbeing.

This support may be helpful for people experiencing:

  • Trauma history or emotional overwhelm
  • Anxiety, shutdown, or nervous system dysregulation
  • Family violence recovery or life instability
  • Burnout, exhaustion, or life transition stress
  • Refraiming from surviving to thriving through self empowerment and awareness
  • Need for grounding, clarity, and emotional support
